Hollow Bastion

Reverse Rebirth stars Riku and his travels through Castle Oblivion just after Sora enters. He's always one step behind Sora and is still under the influence of the dark powers. Anywho, after a scene you'll start off in Hollow Bastion. Head north and east twice for the White Keyblade Keycard door. Open it for a scene.

Now head north and west twice for the Kingdom Hearts Keycard door. Open it for a scene.

Now head north then east for the Heartless Keycard door. Open it for a scene and a boss battle.

Maleficent:

The Malifecent fight is just like the fight against her in Chain of Memories. She's much weaker though and since Riku's a powerhouse you'll have no trouble beating her. Just attack non-stop and she'll go down fast.

With her dead, head north twice to the Castle Oblivion area between worlds. You'll see a scene and fight a boss.

Ansem:

Ansem is extremely similar to his 3D incarnation in Kingdom Hearts. Aside from the basic physical attacks, he has an energy bolt that runs along the ground, which is easy to dodge (just move out of the way). He has a tackle sleight where he shoots along the arena from side to side. The only way to dodge this one is to either card break it or stay out of his way. With Mickey now assisting you in combat as a summon card you'll have no trouble. Mickey heals Riku, so don't hesitate to use his cards when you need them. This should be a very simple fight.

After the fight you'll gain the ability to transform into the armored form Riku used in Kingdom Hearts and the copy Riku used in Chain of Memories. You'll gain new sleights and a far greater amount of strength when this form is activated. To use it you must fight until your amount of Dark Points is at their max. You'll then transform upon using a card and you'll be far stronger. Anywho, head up the stairs and to the next world after a scene. I'll be covering Traverse Town next.

Traverse Town

Head north then east until you can't anymore to reach the White Keyblade Keycard door. Enter it for a boss.

Guard Armor:

It's another repeat from Chain of Memories. The fight is the exact same as it was when you fought it with Sora. Just use the same tactics and the Guard Armor will fall with hardly any effort.

Now head north, west, and north twice to reach the Castle Oblivion area between worlds. Head up the stairs for a scene and the next world. I'll be covering Agrabah next.

Agrabah

Head north and then east until you can't anymore to reach the White Keyblade Keycard door. Open it for a boss.

Jafar:

Another repeat of a Chain of Memories battle. Just use the same tactics again and the fight will be no trouble.

Now, head west as far as you can go, then north twice to reach the Castle Oblivion area between worlds. You'll see a scene and fight a boss.

Vexen:

Another repeat fight. Just use the same tactics as you did with Sora and this battle'll be over quickly.

Now, head up the stairs and onto the next area, I'll be covering Monstro.

Monstro

Head north twice to the White Keyblade Keycard door, enter it for a boss fight.

Parasite Cage

Well, it's another repeat. Use the same tactics as last time to defeat it. Just be a little more careful with the acid as you don't have as ready access to healing as you did with Sora.

Now head east twice and then north twice for the Castle Oblivion area between worlds. Head up the stairs for a scene and move on to the next world - Neverland.

Neverland

Head north, east and then north until you can't anymore to reach the White Keyblade Keycard door. Enter it for a boss fight.

Hook:

Another repeat. Just use the same tactics as you did fighting him with Sora and he'll fall easily enough. Just be wary of his quick attacks, powerful projectile weapons, and the arena tipping.

Now head west twice and then north twice to reach the Castle Oblivion area between worlds. You'll be treated to a scene and a fight with yourself.

Riku Replica:

It's...yourself...fresh from a cloning vat...or something. He's exactly like the early fights with him in Chain of Memories. Just attack constantly, keep your HP up and he'll fall easily.

After that's over, head up the stairs for a scene and then go on to the next world. I'll be covering Wonderland next.

Wonder Land

Head north, east, and then north until you can't anymore for the White Keyblade Keycard door for a boss fight.

Trickmaster:

Another repeat boss, anyone starting to notice a pattern? Reverse Rebirth is 90% the exact same game as Chain of Memories. Use the same tactics you did last time and he'll fall easily enough.

Now head south twice, west twice, and then north until you can't anymore to reach the Castle Oblivion area between worlds. Head up the stairs for a scene, then to the next world. I'll be covering Olympus Coliseum.

Olympus Coliseum

Head north twice and then east until you can't anymore for the White Keyblade Keycard door. Enter it for a boss fight.

Hades:

Hades...is just like his previous incarnation in Chain of Memories. Fight him the same way and he'll die rather easily. Unless the game decided to give you a crappy deck last time you picked up an effect card. Then he's a kick in the seat of the pants.

Now, head west and north twice to reach the Castle Oblivion area between worlds. Head up the stairs for a scene and then to Atlantica.

Atlantica

Head north twice, west until you can't anymore, and then north again to reach the White Keyblade Keycard door. Enter it for a boss fight.

Ursula:

Just like your previous encounter in Chain of Memories. Use those tactics again.

Head east and then north twice to enter the Castle Oblivion area between worlds. Head up the stairs for a scene and then on to Halloween Town.

Halloween Town

Head north, west, north twice, west, south, west, south, and then west for the White Keyblade Keycard door. Enter it for a boss fight.

Oogie Boogie:

You know the drill by now, same strategy as last time.

Now head north, east, north, east, and north twice to the Castle Oblivion area between worlds. Enter it for a scene and a boss fight.

Lexaeus:

FINALLY an original battle. He's big, he has insane levels of attack and defense and some really powerful moves. Aside from his basic attacks he has a sleight that fires a wall of bouncing rock from his position that is very hard to dodge. It's best to try to break this attack. His secondary main attack is to throw his axe around the area for medium damage. Your best bet for this fight is to use the Dark Powers. Lexaeus is a friggin' tank and the long range "Dark Firaga" sleight the Dark Form grants you is very, very useful. This fight will be hard won, but with the Dark Powers it shouldn't be too hard.

After the battle you'll see a scene, then head up the stairs for another scene and then to the next world.

Destiny Islands

Head north, west twice, north, and then west for the White Keyblade Keycard door. Enter it for a scene and a boss fight.

Darkside:

Well, we're back to a repeat boss. Use the tactics you used with Sora and he'll fall.

After the battle you'll be treated to a scene, once it's over head north, east, and north twice to reach the Castle Oblivion area between worlds. Head up the stairs for a scene and head to the next world.

Twilight Town

Head north twice for the White Keyblade Keycard door, enter it for a scene and a boss fight.

Riku Replica II:

It's yourself again. This battle is pretty much the same as the final Riku battle in Chain of Memories. It's a difficult fight, so stay on your toes. Keep your HP up and PRAY you have a good selection of zero cards. This battle is a win or lose type of fight. Sometimes you'll get your ass handed to you and sometimes you'll return the favor easily. It really depends on your deck, which you have no control over aside from levelling up to increase the deck's quantity. Try to survive until your Dark Powers activate as they'll be very handy against Riku Replica since he's permanently Dark Powered.

Once that hellish battle is done head west and then north until you can't anymore to reach the Kingdom Hearts Keycard door. Open it for a scene.

Ok, now head south until you can't anymore, east twice, and then north until you can't anymore to reach the Castle Oblivion area between worlds. After a scene head up the stairs for another scene and then on to the final world.

Castle Oblivion

Ok, this level is simple. Just head north twice and you'll reach the final White Keyblade Keycard door and the final boss battle. Level up if you wish as the enemies here are good EXP. When you're ready it's time to face Ansem.

Ansem:

Ansem is almost laughable. He guards constantly so you can usually only get one hit per combo. His sleights are the tackle attack from before and making his guardian erupt from below you doing harsh damage. Other than that he's a total wimp. His normal attacks do next to no damage and are easily dodged. The only sleight usable against him is "Dark Firaga". His guardian makes "Dark Aura" near useless. Just be careful and he'll fall easily.

And that, as they say, is that. You've completed both games in Chain of Memories! Congrats!
