Head to 5,11 underwater in Celestia to find the entrance.
Go down the stairs and get the 765 Gald from the bag. The visible enemies in here will chase you if you get too close, so either fight or dodge. It is possible to get through without fighting them, but it's hard. Head down onto the next screen. Head down the first ladder, then go left and take the ladder down, then the next one up to get a Drain Charm. Go back and take the right path. Fight and/or dodge the enemies and go down onto the next screen.
In this room there is a Saint Halberd on the right. When everything's dead, continue. There's a Holy Circlet on the next screen and take the right exit to find a chest with a Flare Arms. Go back up and take the other exit. The next chest you see contains a Scale Robe. Take the exit down, then head right and take the ladder down.
Now, take the ladders (either side) to the bottom, and go in the left/right sides. Take the turn-offs to encounter glowing enemies. Examine them to start the battle. Kill all four. For some reason the top-left one gives you a Lens. When all four have been killed, take the left ladders down and go into the center cave. Fight.
