Getting Long Sword

It's time to get yourself a better weapon as the Battle Axe becomes too weak. Go to the west mountainous area at [1,6]. You can get there either from the desert or the first town.
Make your way to the flat edge at the right top corner of the screen and climb the mountain. Once you're up enter the cave.
There's an old man wearing a triangle hat waiting for you. Talk to him and he'll thank you for helping Gilius. Open the chest beside him and you'll get the Long Sword.
The Long Sword is more powerful than your Battle Axe and has the same range as your first sword. Later on, you'll face monsters which are too hard to beat with a sword, your old axe can come into play then.
