Vane - Part 1

Upon arriving back at Nall's Hideout on Taben's Peak, Nall thanks you for rescuing the children. However, you have to find Lucia yourself since he doesn't know where she is.
Walk up to Floor 8, and you'll hear a VERY beautiful voice singing. Hmmm...
Walk up to the Playground and you'll find Lucia singing a delightful lullaby for the kids. She gets REALLY embarassed when she notices Hiro and Ruby listening...who promptly start complimenting her.

As you are on your way out, Nall stops you again and gives you the White Dragon Wings. Kewl! ^^
Return to the base of the Peak and find that the barricade to Vane is now gone.
Leave the Peak area and walk Southeast to Vane.
When you enter Vane, you find that Borgan has quarantined the city and shortly after his guards refuse to let you in. Bitches. Heh.
However, Lemina knows of a back door, so take her advice and leave Vane and walk a small distance to the Transmission Spring.
When you enter the Spring area, talk to the man dressed in pink with the pitchfork. He drools over your Bromide collection and coughs up Mia's Bromide to add to your collection. Sweetness!
Once you have that, walk onto the Transmission Pad and Lemina activates it, sending you into the Cave of Trial.
The Cave of Trial is by far one of the easiest boards in the game. From the Transmission Pad, walk North and then Northwest.
When you get to the point of going North or going East, go East.
Takes the stairs up to Floor B4.
From here, walk South and West.
You'll shortly come upon the Stairs up to Floor B3.
On this floor, simply walk Northeast to find the stairs up to Floor B2.
Once on Floor B2, walk West...
...and then North when given the chance.
The stairs appear shortly thereafter.
From this point on Floor B1, simply walk South to the exit. (There is a chest here but you can't open it yet).
Once you emerge in Vane, upgrade your equipment, and then walk up to the Guild.  Lemina will give you a short history lession on the Guild and then Ruby comments on how run down it is.
Enter the Guild and you'll stumble in on Borgan and Miria (Lemina's Mother) talking.
After a brief tantrum by Lemina, Borgan teleports Miria to Neo-Vane and then gloats as he runs off himself as well.
Once Borgan is gone, Lemina curses herself and runs up to the Guild Roof, crying.
Talk to her and answer "It's not like that Lemina." and she'll cheer up and rejoin the party.
When you leave the Roof, Lemina will grant you permission to use any of the items in Vane. This means you can now open the chests around Vane. Grab the 2 chests in the Guild for a Gorgon Doll...
...and Lemina's Purse.
Next, walk over to the Library. Searching the Library and reading each book will net you an Angel Ring...
...a Silver Light...
...and Lemina's Bromide 1.
Exploring the rest of the town will gain you a Thunder Crest...
...and a Seal Crest.
Once you have that, enter the Cave of Trial again and grab the chest there for the Thieves' Staff.
When you're done raiding Vane, leave and head South to Sluice Forest.
