Intermission - The New Flame Champion
After completing chapter 3 for all three main characters, you will return to the character select screen. Do note that before starting the fourth chapter that this will be your final chance to play Thomas' Chapters, so do them now or else his party will automaticly join later in the chapter.
Once you pick any of the characters you will rejoin the scene at Flame Champion Highway with Sana explaining that she is the wife of the Flame Champion, who passed away many years ago after abadoning the rune.
At this point, you can choose who you want to be the Successor of the Flame Champion: Hugo, Chris, or Geddoe. It's strongly advised that you save an extra slot for this point; otherwise, you'll have to replay the entire game. Each character as the Flame Champion gives you different chapters four and five, and playing all three are well worth the effort.
