NetDealers and SubChip Peddlers

One thing you can do in the Real World or the Net is go shopping for Chips and stuff. I have compiled a list of Shops in both worlds. There are Netdealers in the Net and regular Chip Peddlers in the Real World selling Battlechips and SubChips. Battlechips can be used in battle and SubChips can only be used out of battle.
