After learning of Il-Dana's true identity by forging a
contract with the demon Mananan and asking for information, Il-Dana can
be mutated into Lugh in the Velvet Room. This is the only such change
that does not require a persona to gain a "modification ability"
mutation in battle. After Lugh has been mutated from Il-Dana, he can be
summoned in the Velvet Room for tarot cards at any time. |
