Walkthrough

This Walkthrough is by Cless Alvein, and may not be distributed without the permission of the owner.

The game starts with you, Sion, and your best friend, Doug, worrying about the capture of "cult members" behind the parapet on top of a castle. Just then, a man named Rostam leads a few people and a girl into the castle. Sion is surprised at the presence of the girl and Doug asks if Rostam caught the cultists. Rostam reprimands Doug and says that it was Foxy, from Eremia's mansion, who had caught the cultists.
They then take the cultists to the prison and tells Sion to keep Foxy company. You are to head to the reception hall on the second floor. Doug is somewhat more enthusiastic about all this and goes ahead to meet Foxy.
Head right and up into the castle and take the right door to go into another small room. Exit at the south door to arrive on top of the castle, on the right turret. Head left and into the left turret. Go down the stairs and you will see Doug and Foxy conversing.
Foxy will mention about her father's debt to King Gryunne. They will the notice Sion's presence and Foxy asks Sion if he will be competing in the Tower of the Valiant. Sion confirms this and asks Foxy if she was the one who caught the cultists. Foxy says yes, and that she lives on the East Continent, a place troubled by children kidnapping incidents.
They suspect that it is the cultists who are doing this as a sacrifice to their god, Rudra. After the conversation finishes Doug and Foxy go to the dungeon to check on the cultist. Head right into the next room and down the stairs in the center. From this room (there should be a shield and a chest plate on display) head left and down the stairs to go outside. Talk to the guard there and he will let you pass. Head left and past the other guard.
Head directly north in the next guarded room and a guard will tell you about how the cultist's boxes are unopenable. You then see the interrogator, Huey, and he tells you to keep looking for a Captain Tartarus. Head back out into the courtyard and take the right guarded door. A soldier will come along and tell you, Rostam and Huey to go to the throne room. You will arrive there and the Tower of the Valiant will be explained to you by the chancellor.
It seems to be a competition that begins in two days that will choose a successfor for Captain Tartarus. You must compete with Rostam and Huey for this position, with your partner being Foxy. Just then, a soldier comes in and informs you that the cultist has escaped. You are to chase after him.
Keep walking directly south until you come to the room with the shield and armour on display again. From there head left down the stairs and out into the courtyard, and into the Town of Vad. Head south out of Vad and into the Giant's Tower.
A brief history about how the Doctor Muench discovered the Lago Stone of the Rudra of the Giants will begin. It appears that Rudra is actually a divine destroyer that appears every 4,000 years to reinstate the apocalypse. The Giants' creator Rudra created them 8,000 years ago, and this is a memorial to the god.
Mankind has since then polluted the world, it seems, and there is 16 days until the end of the world comes again. You will see the cultist and a giant named Curt compete for the Jade on top of the tower. The giant will go crazy or posessed by the Jade and throws the cultist off of the tower.
A battle will then ensue and the giant ends up losing the jade, and Sion also ends up getting blinded in one eye. The giant mumbles something about the jade choosing its owner and jumps off the tower, taking Rostam and Huey along with him. You will be taken by Foxy and Doug to Foxy's home.
