Picking up from the end of Chapter 1, you're still sailing along.  Keep going east until you see something approach you.  It's a female dolphin.  She starts speaking in dolphin, which you can't understand; but Nav-Com can.  He translates for you.  The dolphin says that her son has disappeared and pleads with you to find him.  You accept.  She leaves.  Keep sailing east to find an island.  You'll see a small passageway leading up through the rocky ledge; pass through it & dock the sub.  Enter the nearby lighthouse.  Talk to the guy there.  He says he hasn't seen the boy dolphin you are looking for.  He says that you should go see his wife at their house, that she might know something about it.  Get back into the Sub-C & go down a bit, staying inside the area.  Go down to the bottom right corner.  You'll see a small patch of sparkling water.  Get over it and press to the right to go through the rocks.  In the next space, go into the bottom right corner & do the same; press right to go through.  You'll see a small patch of black waterwaves; ignore them for now.  Dock Sub-C & enter the small hut to the south.  Go inside & speak to the woman.  She says she doesn't know anything about the dolphin that you are looking for.  But, she says she did see a bottle on the beach that morning; maybe it has something to do with the lost dolphin.  Leave the house, and you'll see a bottle mysteriously appear on the beach that wasn't there before, anyway.  Go down the stairs & up to the end of the path.  Go left to walk into a fake wall & follow the path up and out to the right.  You'll exit out on the other side of the beach with the bottle.  Grab it.   There is a note in it from your uncle.  He says he's been abducted by aliens!  He also gives you an id code to use for Sub-C -1776-.  Go back into Sub-C & input the code.  Now the Sub-C's submergible system has been activated.  You can now travel those black waterwaves from earlier by going over them & pressing B.  Get on top of the one right outside the hut & press B to submerge.  You'll be taken to the other side.   Stand on the other one and press B again.  Follow the path up through the tunnel & dock.  Walk out and walk down the narrow path next to the mountains.  You'll see a Heart Container that seems unreachable, or is it.  Stand directly left of the mountains, and walk right into a fake wall.  Go right & come out the other side.  Grab the Heart Container; now your max heart meter has increased by 1.  Go back up & into the cave.
Dungeon - Octo's Lair
Beat the dungeon, the game will save again, continue on.  You'll meet the boy dolphin you just saved.  Nav-Com signals his mother (though, I'm not sure how).  She thanks you for your kindness in finding her son.  She wants you to follow her so she can show you a way out.  You'll automatically follow them up through the rocks.  She'll thank you again for your help & wish you luck on your journey.  You leave, sailing east some more.  End of Chapter 2.
