|Star||Picking up 5 will restore 1 Heart.||Dropped by enemies.|
|Try-Your-Luck Sign||Will randomly choose whether you lose or gain between 1 - 3 lives (will not leave you with 0 lives).||Found in some dungeons.|
|Stop Watch||Temporarily stops most enemies; some enemies will only slow down.||Found in some dungeons or dropped by some enemies.|
|Anklet||Allows you to vertically jump 2 spaces (clothes turn gold); only works for the room you're in.||In dungeons in Chapters 6 & 7.|
