Chapter Two

Walkthrough:

As you return to Razril, Katarina will tell you that you and Snowe have a new assignment.  Head north and you'll be transported to the Audience Chamber.
Commander Glen well send you on a Guide and Protect mission for Mr. Ramada to Illuya Island.
Although Mr. Ramada isn't sure you're experienced enough, Glen convinces him to trust you.

After the meeting, head toward the harbor.  Along the way Snowe will leave to go check on the boat. 
Head all the way down to the end of the harbor (thats past the shops not where your ship is) and eavesdrop on Mr. Ramadas underlings.


When you've done that, go pick Snowe up where you left him.  Then go tell Mr. Ramada you're ready to go.
Katarina will let something slip and you'll be on your way.

Set sail for Illuya.   You wont make it too far before a cutscene starts. 
Snowe will tell you that there's more to Mr. Ramadas story than he's telling.
When that is over, you'll have control on deck of the boat. 
There is a man in the cabin who will sell you a few items.  There is also a Knight up top who will train with you. 

If you're ready to proceed, talk to Snowe again to trigger the approach of Pirate Brandeau.
Tell the Knight "Lets fight!" to start naval-battle "Pirate Brandeau."

This isn't a hard battle, even with the fact that you're outnumbered.  One of the ships has a lightning rune cannon equiped, the other Fire.
Use an earth rune against the lightning rune and a water against the fire.
Try not to get surrounded, but even if they do, they wont hit you for much damage.  Take on one ship, then the other if possible.


After the naval-battle, you will be boarded by the pirate Brandeau and an assassin. 
One of the two Knights with you will be killed.  The other one will fight with you.

Take the assassin out first.  His attacks tend to be more annoying than Brandeau's do.
Stick to straight attacks with brandeau.  You have a LV. 8 knight fighting with you.  Neigher of you have any useful rune magic, but you do both have decent attacks.  Just hit they die.  Try to keep the knight fighting with you alive.  (he's got a virtual family.  Have a heart)

 After the boss fight is over, Brandeau will unleash a devistating attack that will destroy all the knights and even his assassin friend.
So much for saving the poor Knight.  Oh well.
Once he realizes that you survived the attack, he will wonder if you're next, and begin a duel with you.

After the Duel with Brandeau, Commander Glen will show up. 
He will arrive just in time to take the Rune of Punishment from Brandeau when he dies.
The ship will pick Snowe back up and you'll end up in Razril in your room.

Meet up with Snowe and go to the equipment to pick up two Mega Medicines.
Head back to where you picked up Snowe and he will leave you. 
Funghi will also ask you to come get the commander's meal and deliver it.  Funghi is in the kitchen, right next to your room.
Once you have the commanders meal, head up the stairs of the spire to the second floor.  Commander Glenn is behind the closed door.

When asked where the mega-medicine came from, it doesn't matter what you answer. 
Say Snowe brought it and Katarina will comment that is is trying to make up for his mistake.
Say that you brought it and Glen will say that he thinks it was Snowe's idea.

When you leave and go to the courtyard, pirates will attack Razril.  Talk to each of your 4 friends and tell them to go fight. 
Go to the kitchen and funghi will give you a knights lunch.
Head to the ship and join your friends for the naval battle, "retribution."

Try to take out the ship with only a fire rune first.  With Jewel's water rune, you're guaranteed a hit every time. 
After that go after the other one.  You cant get a perfect setup on this battle, because you dont have a fire rune.
So just attack the second ship with both your and Snowe's ships to spread its damage out.
Its not a hard battle.

After the battle, Dario will retreat, but Snowe will foolishly chase after him.  Hero will come to his aid.

When the battle is over, Katarina will tell you to go to Commander Glen's room for Snowe's daily whoopin'.

After the meeting, go to your room to sleep.  You'll have a dream or something and wake up.

When you wake up, Funghi will ask you to take Commander Glen some more food. 
Do that and when you're talking to Commander Glen, Razril will be attacked by pirates again.  
Eventually you, katarina and the two friends you took to Middleport with you will be in the courtyard. 

Head out into the dock and fight three consecutive fights against pirates. 
Its not a boss fight, but dont take it lightly.  Utilize Katarina's magic while she's with you.

Soon, Commander Glen will take care of the pirates, but at what cost?  When you have control again, go find out.   He's at the top of the spire.
After an interesting turn of events you'll be in a strange tunnel.  Run up and talk to all the orbs of light.  When you get to the mysterious shadow, kill it.
That is the end of chapter 2.
