Skills

Skills, much more commonly referred to as skillz, are very simple to use and set up. You can find them in various locations (chests, boxes or monsters drops), buy them or get them as locked skills with weapons. There are 3 levels of skills and each of them costs increasing amounts of Action Points (AP): 10 AP for level 1, 20 AP for level 2 and 30 AP for level 3. Complicated maths so far. At the start of a battle, each character will have a certain quantity of AP. You can use them on skill attacks or wait a turn (or more) to build up more AP. As for the combos, you only need to use a combination of skills in a particular order to make them happen. You'll probably find most of them by trial and error (unless you visit this wonderful page).

Lin's combos can be combined to create highly powerful attacks. This is the case with the Three Steal and Super Shatter combos.
