|Things to Know:
The left side is a quick overview: what you're supposed to look out for, treasures you may find in the area, what monsters to expect, any bosses you have to fight, and any important information you have to know. Plus pictures.
The right side will go into more detail; where exactly to find the treasures, directions (if necessary), tips, and all in all more detailed info.
The walkthrough will be sectioned into chapters based on the save game title. Got that? Good. Let's get going!
|Chapter 3: Mel's Atelier

|Chapter 2: Underground Mystery
Head out of town and go to Mel's Atelier. Jump on the big star platform to get to her house. Ring her doorbell several times and Poppul Purrels will show up and tell you she's out. To continue with the story, you
have to beat each of the Poppul Purrel's play area. Before you begin, you should save your game by talking to the Cockadoo at the rear of the building. Save after you beat each area as well.
World 1: Trumpets
This world has fungie's blowing on trumpet's and has see-saw's. The trumpet sound wave will lower your HP so time yourself carefully.
1st See-Saw: stay on the left side till it's all the way down. Quickly run to the right and jump to the next paltform.
2nd See-Saw: stay on the right side and the see-saw will move to the right and the next area
3rd See-Saw: alternate between jumping on left and right side. Repeat till you get to the next platforms.
Trumpet Game: You have to scare the cockadoo with trumpet sounds. You have to jump on the circles on the floor to sound the trumpet. Scare the cockadoo's and you get points. Scare many at once and your get bonus
points. Game over when time's up or cockadoo flies over your head. 500 is high score. You get a high score over 500, you get Silver Coin. If you get over 100 points but less than 500, you get a Bronze Coin.
World 2: Big Swings
This world will have swings. If you get stuck on some areas, try polymorphing. If you still have the coin, get through here as a gargoyle.
Ball Game: Pick up balls and you get points. Pick up balls with the same color and you get bonus points. Pick up black balls and you lose points. Game over when time's up. 500 is high score. You get high score, you
get goody (Silver Coin over 500). If points >100, <500, you get Bronze Coin.
World 3: Giant Balls
This place has a bunch of Fungie's on rolling balls. In some cases, you have to stay on the ball to get to the next area. That means you shouldn't kill the Fungie or else the ball will pop a second later.
Fungie Game: Hit Fungie and you get points. If you hit Fungie while he's underground, Fungie hits you back. Game over when time's up. 500 is high score. You get Silver Coin if you pass high score, otherwise, get
Bronze Coin if points <500 but >100.
Once you've played through all three worlds, Fancy Mel shows up. Fancy Mel will help you if you help her find a missing Poppul Purrel. Head out and you'll see Duke in a star costume. You can fight him now or you
can fight him later. If you want to fight him now, just talk to him several times and help him up each time. The fight will start. If you wait to fight him till later, you'll see Duke get carried away by a Cockadoo
and he'll drop a Gold Coin. Neat, a freebie!
Boss: Starlight Duke
His attacks are a cartwheel, spinning flying saucer, and a jump and squash attack. Just avoid these by jumping and running around. Once he stops, he'll fall down in dizziness. Beat him while he's down! You can only
get in one hit at a time so be patient. On some cases, he walks and trips. Take advantage and strike!
Head into town and talk with the townsfolk to get some clues. Marco tells you the most obvious clue - head into Carona Forest! As you get to the Stone Face area, you see Blood & Smokey accosting a Poppul Purrel.
Don't these guys ever learn? Teach 'em some manners, and whoop their butt. They're a bit tougher than before so watch out for their attacks. They'll take turns attacking you. Smokey will run around you and Blood
will go straight for you. Attack while they're motionless. Once they're down, the Poppul Purrel will head back to Mel's place. Go on back to town and enter the next chapter -
