Once you've completed Demons' Tower, enter the shop area in Klantol Castle and take the left-exit. Now take the lower door-way into the room with two girls and walk through the right wall of this room. Follow this never-ending path until you come to an empty room. Walk through the right-wall of this room and talk to the trainer to unlock the mountain.

There's two versions of the Beast Mountain: One with snow and one without snow. Each time that you successfully complete the mountain (Take the last room's teleport back to Klantol Castle), it'll switch between versions. The one with snow is the second version you'll see, which has a few harder monsters and an item that's used in a side quest.
