Once you can begin to move, head upwards, but don't walk above the trees. The hobbits will lay down a treasure, talk about it, then take it back. They'll do this 4 times, and in this order: Watermelon, Healing Water, Umbrella, Apple. Ambush in for the Umbrella. (You can also repeat this for doing the Apple side quest. Read below for info.)

If you chose the Umbrella: Take the west exit from the shop area in Klantol Castle, then take the south door in this hallway. Give the woman the Umbrella and say, "no," to her question or you won't get 3000G. (Advance Mode: 10000G.) Make sure your bag isn't full.

If you chose the Apple: Take the west door from the hallway in front of the throne room in Klantol Castle. Give the person in the blue robe the Apple for 300G.
