Der Langrisser has, probably, the most different paths any RPG game i have ever played has had. The Beginnings of an Adventure is how we learn about the story and what the purposes of the Empire is. The Resistance, often called the Light Path, is the path in which you have to defeat the Empire. The Imperial Path is in which you are up against the forces of Darkness and Light and try to use weapons on both sides angainst them. The Choas Path, often called the Dark Path, is when you join Bosel and use the forces of evil for your own purposes. The Independant path is in which you decide to use Langrisser for yourself and face everybody.
