Bachelorettes
There are a total of 6 girls you can marry in this game. Each has their
own Heart Level for you that are visible (with the exception of the
Harvest Goddess). In order to marry a girl, you must raise their heart
level and witness all the Heart Events. To see all the Heart Events,
check out the Events section or click on the respective link below each
girl.
Ann lives with her father Doug who runs the Inn. Her mother died a long time ago, you could witness a scene concerning this. By the looks of her, you could tell she's a farmer-tomboy type. Cliff is your obstacle here, but he's the least annoying of the rivals. You could actually get rid of Cliff FOREVER. On Fall 14th, Duke the Winery Owner will come to your farm and ask if you could help him. Accept his offer and he then suggests you get someone to help you at the work. Just don't ask Cliff, and by the end of the year he'll be too broke to stay at Mineral Town. Now, you could take all the time you want to get Ann to marry you. Every sunny morning, Ann goes to Hot Springs with Popuri. Afterwards, she could be found in the Inn. I suggest giving her a spa boiled egg everyday. It's cheap and efficient.
Elli is the most caring girl in the game. She lives in the Clinic, but frequently visits her grandmother Ellen and baby brother Stu. You learn that her parents died a long time ago, so she really cares for the two. Your rival for here is the Doctor, who never seemed to pose a difficulty to marry Elli (at least for me). Elli is always at the Clinic and sells you medicine. When the Clinic closes on Wednesdays, you could find her at her grandmother's house. Be kind to Stu and Ellen, and you can get easy Heart Points for Elli. I recommend giving her wild flowers everyday for a cheap way of raising her heart level.
Karen is usually the choice of many. But, once you begin to go through the Heart Events, you realize she isn't as appealing as you might have originally thought. Well...she's an alcoholic. To make matters worse, she can't even cook. And I wouldn't personally trust her around the house, or you'll find your bottles of wine missing. Her rival is Rick, the guy who really likes chickens. Her parents are Sasha and Jeff, owners of the Grocery Store. You could find her there most of the time during the day. At about 8 in the morning on sunny days, she'll usually be outside the store sitting with Rick. On Tuesdays and Sundays, you could find her at Doug's Inn during the night. The best way to win her heart is by showering her with Bamboo Shoots (they are free ^_^ ).
Mary is the town's librarian, so she's can always be found at the library. Her parents are Basil the Explorer and Anna. Like mentioned before, Mary is always at the Library when it is opened (10am to 6pm except on Mondays). On Mondays, you can find her in Jeff's Store for a part of the day. If you wish to marry her, give her Bamboo Shoots in the spring and Wild Grapes during the summer. When winter comes around, make sure you stored some vegetables so you could whip up some Veggie Juice. If you don't have any, just buy her some chocolates.
Popuri really loves animals, considering she does live on the Chicken Farm with her brother Rick and mother Lila. You don't see her father, but he's off trying to find a cure for his wife's illness. Your rival for Popuri is Kai, who's an all right guy. He only comes to Mineral Town during the summer, so he doesn't pose much of a threat if you shower her with gifts during the other seasons. Every sunny morning she accompanies Ann to the Hot Springs and could then be found either in her house, the Church, or walking around the Plaza. When Kai is in town, she makes frequent visits to the beach. Give her any type of egg or egg dish to easily get her Heart Value soaring. All you need is a chicken or two and some extra ingredients.
The Harvest Goddess is by FAR the hardest of the 6 available women to marry. Not only is the Goddess's Heart Value invisible, but also she requires more than a large bed and house upgrade to marry you. Personally, I think she's not worth the effort. After you marry the Goddess, she'll still live at the Spring, leaving you all along in the big house. She doesn't participate in any wife events, and she'll suddently appear one day and throws you a baby, then rush back to her Spring (what kind of mother is she?). But anyway, here is the list of required tasks you must accomplish:
