The TV Shopping Network
Unfortunately, you're house is really bad when you start out. It's your job to purchase decorations and appliances to liven up the crap-shack you call a "home". So, every Saturday just flip through the channels (press Left in other words) to watch the Shopping Network. Every week, they'll have a new item up for sale. After you see what they're selling that week, run over to Doug's Inn, use his phone for 10G (what a cheap bastard), and then purchase the item for whatever amount of money it costs.
Zack will then deliver the item to your house after 2 days. However, certain items are only for sale after you have completed some sort of requirement.
Also, don't worry if you missed the show or forgot to order a specific item. It will show up again after the channel has showcased all the other items. The Shopping Channel also stops airing after you bought everything possible. Below are the items and prices that they sell:
