Great Stygian Abyss. Can't come here until you've attained
Avatarhood. Enter the large SE-most island
on the map, through the side opening. Follow the path down and
stand over the opening and use: Bell, then Book and finally
Candle to enter. If you happen to possess the Skull of Mondain,
it will be destroyed upon entering the Abyss. |

| When at the Mark of (whatever) you have to answer them correctly, otherwise you'll be warped from the dungeon and reappear back at the basement level of that shrine located a short distance away from the entrance to the Abyss. Also, backing out of the question counts as a wrong answer as well. Make sure you picked up all the stones and all 3 keys from the altars before heading here. | |||
