This page will teach you about the various objects you'll find on the adventure map. (Please note: Due to the Gameboy's limited colour palette, some resources may be coloured a little differently depending on what map/what terrain it is on.)

Artifacts

Dragon City |
Fight an Army of Dragons. Provides 1000 Gold per day and defends itself with a small army of dragons when attacked. | Any Land Type |
Dig Site |
Somebody has dug up this area looking for the Ultimate Artifact! It does nothing! | Any Land Type |
Faerie Ring |
Provides a Luck bonus to your next battle. | Grasslands |
Fountain |
Provides a Morale bonus to your next battle. | Grass, Dirt |
Gazebo |
An old Knight provides 1000 EXP to any hero who visits it (once per hero, but stays on the map for each hero of yours to use). | Grass, Dirt, Swamp |
Graveyard |
30% chance of fighting 10 ghosts and gaining 1000 gold after their defeat. 30% chance of fighting 15 ghosts for 2000 gold. 30% chance of fighting 20 ghosts for 3000 gold. 10% chance of fighting 50 ghosts for 2000 gold and a random artifact. Lighthouse |
The Lighthouse provides additional movement at sea to whomever controls it. | Grass, Dirt |
Obelisk |
Reveals a small fraction of the puzzle map, allowing you to more closely ascertain the whereabouts of the Ultimate Artifact! | Any Land Type |
Oracle/Seer |
Reveals the same information 4 thieves guilds would. (Who leads in resources, army strength, number of towns, etc) | Grass, Dirt |
Stone Portal |
Teleports you to an identical portal elsewhere on the map. | Any Land Type |
Shipwreck |
Same as the Graveyard. | Any coastal |
Shrine |
Teaches a Random spell to the hero (if they have a spellbook). | Any Land Type |
Signpost |
Says a random message (usually how close the nearest town is). In the Gameboy version it does nothing! | Any Land Type |
Skeleton | May have nothing or occasionally, an artifact. | Desert |
Statue | Provides a Morale bonus to your next combat. | Grass, Dirt, Swamp |
